EB4355A+EB4355B PVDC coating primer

EB4355A/EB4355B is an two-component aromatic polyurethane PVDC primer, specializing for prime coating PVDC latex on substrate films of BOPP, BOPET, BOPA for food packaging which demands excellent barrier rate with high transparent rate. The adhesive has the good performance on high initial viscosity, high fluidity, good transparency, soft coating, anti-aging, anti-medium, anti-freezing, etc. It also could withstand 100℃ boiling for 30 minuets.

EB4066A/EB4066B is an ethyl acetate solvent base two-component aromatic polyurethane adhesive with a certain resistance to media and corrosion resistance, especially for PE films with high additive content, offers excellent bonding strength, has wide range of product adaptability, which is suitable for laminating of PET, NY, CPP and PE. The adhesive is specially designed for food packaging which demands processing at 121°C/30min retorting in the laminating structural of printed film to film.

EF2072A+EF2072B is an Ester based two-component aromatic polyurethane adhesive specializing for Al foil laminating, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP﹑PET﹑PA﹑PE﹑CPP﹑AL﹑Paper﹑etc .The adhesive has excellent odorlessness, transparency, flexibility, and aging resistance. And it offers high initial bonding strength in aluminum/plastic laminating structure with high peel strength, good wetting of the films, excellent coating processability.

YB3150A + YB3150B solvent based polyurethane adhesives are specially designed for high performance purpose in two applications of laminating flexible packaging including OPA/Al/PVC(CPE) pharmaceutical blister forming foil and 135℃/40min retort resistant aluminum foil laminated film. Its colloid has excellent ductility and flexibility, high temperature and high humidity resistance, hydrolysis resistance performance, can guarantee stable peeling strength on blister forming foil after being thermoformed 15mm deep blister.
